The building project is expected to provide opportunities for the users to learn, develop various skills, be involved in solving community needs, and participate in empowerment programs for low-income families, single parents, and new immigrants. It will also help to prevent the vulnerable population, especially the youth, from turning to substance abuse\/misuse, which is currently the case in the Lower Mainland, including the Ridge Meadows area.\u00a0 Over the years, TCMS has been a socially responsible organization, and has worked to make a difference in communities such as Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows, and Maple Ridge.
